Chocolate in its Liquid Form

It's sixteen degrees outside. But even if it weren't, I'd probably still be looking for new and improved ways to dilute chocolate into its liquid form. My friend Julie B. told me about this book. The table of contents includes chapter titles such as: ancestral hot chocolates, modern variations, nostalgic hot chocolates, and hot chocolate pairings. Um, yeah. Delicious.
